Camp Dates and Rates

Camp Belknap is a traditional residential camp for boys ages 8-16 years old. Campers may attend Camp Belknap for 1, 2, 4, or 8 weeks. The one-week session is specific to ages 8-13 year olds. If a camper stays for 4- weeks they can attend session 1 & 2 or 3 & 4.

Check In – August 21 MONDAY 3PM to 4PM
Check Out – August 26 Saturday 9AM to 10AM

For those campers staying for more than one session, parent/guardian visitation days take place on the middle Saturday from 9am-5pm. All campers must leave the premises mid-season from July 22-23 and also between the end of Session 4 and the start of session 5.

Tuition & Fees

A valued component of Belknap’s non-profit mission is to be affordable to almost any family who wishes to enroll at Camp. Traditionally, it costs Belknap more money to house, feed and nurture each camper than Camp charged in fees. In an effort to maintain our mission and to minimize our rate increases, the Board opted for a voluntary tuition option program.

You will have the option to choose the level that is most appropriate for your family. As an honor system initiative, your family’s choice is strictly confidential and your choice will not influence your camper’s experience.

Tuition Option A:   Tuition Option A is the amount that covers a camper’s full share of the cost of operating and maintaining Camp. This price helps to ensure that Belknap continue to thrive for future generations.

Tuition Option B:   Tuition Option B is consistent with Belknap’s traditional pricing, but does not cover the camper’s full share of the operating costs of Camp. Thanks to generous contributions to our Annual Fund and our endowment we are able to continue to offer our traditional price.
