Adam joined the year-round team at Camp Belknap as the Assistant Director in 2020. His primary responsibilities include enrollment management, camper and family relations, fall and spring programming, and risk management and safety.

Adam first attended Belknap as a Cadet camper in 1992. He spent six years as a camper, prior to entering the leadership where he spent time in Middlers and Seniors, before finding a home in Besserers as the Division Head in 2003 and 2004. As a member of the Leader Corps, Adam was the Colin Brown Award winner in 1998.

Before returning to Belknap as the Assistant Director, Adam worked as the Head Athletic Trainer for the Men’s Alpine and Nordic Ski teams through two Olympic cycles. He then relocated to Vermont to work at Burke Mountain Academy.

Adam and his wife, Alex (who spends time in the Health Center during the summer as a Nurse Practitioner), live in Kirby, Vermont with their children, Mabel and Bo. You can find their three dogs – Ruka, Dax and Goldie – running around camp in the summer. Bo and Mabel both love camp life and enjoy being campers at Belknap and Huckins. The whole family enjoys biking, hiking, and skiing together in their free time.
