Victor Otaviano joined the Belknap team in the winter of 2026 as Belknap’s Food Service Manager. Victor has eight years of experience in the food service industry, including four years working in a summer camp setting. He enjoys creating good food, running organized kitchens, and helping build positive, team-focused environments.

Victor was born in Brazil and moved to Texas when he was 10 years old, which has given him a strong appreciation for culture, hard work, and community. Outside of work, Victor is passionate about food, fitness, and football, and he loves staying active and involved. His faith in God is an important part of who he is and guides how he approaches leadership, service, and relationships. Victor is excited to bring his energy and passion for food service into to this next chapter at Belknap.
